01 The basics
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and SaveFounders for using our website and services. By using savefounders.com, booking a call, or buying a service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
02 Who we are
SaveFounders ("SaveFounders", "we", "us", "our") is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] Pty Ltd, ABN [ABN], of [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Australia. For US clients, services may be provided by our US affiliate, [US ENTITY NAME, STATE].
We build founders an AI Executive Assistant and train them to run it. We're founders ourselves — not a faceless agency.
03 Using this website
You're welcome to use our website for its intended purpose. You agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading;
- copy, scrape, resell or rip off our content, branding or method;
- try to break, overload, hack or interfere with the site or its security; or
- misrepresent who you are.
The website is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it'll always be error-free or online.
04 Our services
We offer a ladder of services to help you get time back with AI:
- Build Your Race Car — a 1-on-1 session to build your AI Executive Assistant.
- Race School — a guided program that trains you to run it using our DRIVER Method™.
- Grand Prix — an ongoing retainer that keeps improving your assistant over time.
- Upgrades — optional done-for-you builds.
Prices and inclusions shown on our website are a guide and may change. The exact scope, price, inclusions and timing of your engagement are confirmed in writing (your service agreement or order) before you pay. If there's ever a conflict between these Terms and your signed service agreement, the service agreement wins for that engagement.
05 Eligibility calls & bookings
Our eligibility call is free and there's no obligation to buy. It's there so we can both check we're a good fit. We may decline to take you on if we don't think we can get you a result — that's part of the deal. Please give us accurate information so we can assess fit properly. If you book a call, keep it or reschedule with reasonable notice.
06 Fees, payment & GST
- How you pay — after your call, we send a secure payment link (via [Stripe]). Your engagement starts once payment is received, unless we agree otherwise.
- Retainers — the Grand Prix retainer is billed monthly in advance and continues until you cancel with [30 days'] notice. You can cancel anytime — see Ending an engagement.
- GST & currency — prices are in [AUD / USD] and [include / exclude] GST or applicable taxes where relevant.
- Refunds — beyond your rights under the Two-Days-Back Guarantee and any non-excludable consumer law rights, fees for completed work aren't generally refundable.
07 The Two-Days-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our work. Here's the promise: complete Race School and get two full days a week back. If you don't:
- first, we give you two more sessions, free, to get you there;
- if you still don't get there, you get a full refund — and you keep everything we built.
The guarantee is conditioned on you showing up to your sessions and doing the homework — we can only get you the result if you do the reps with us. The guarantee applies to the Race School engagement. To claim, just email us within [30 days] of finishing the program.
The honest bit: we won't tell you AI will run your whole business — it won't, yet. But it's brilliant at the admin drowning you right now, and that's where we start. The guarantee is about that specific, measurable win: your time back.
08 No lock-in — what you own
This is core to how we work. When we build your AI Executive Assistant:
- You own it. At handover, the assistant, the accounts and everything we set up with you are yours.
- No lock-in. You're never trapped. The retainer is there because it keeps adding value — not because you can't leave.
- You're responsible for your own ongoing third-party subscriptions (like your AI provider, email or other tools) after handover.
09 What we need from you
To get you the result, we need you to:
- take part — show up, engage in the sessions, and do the homework;
- give us accurate information and timely access to the tools we're setting up;
- make sure you're allowed to give us access to any accounts or data involved, and that doing so doesn't break your obligations to anyone else;
- keep your own logins, passwords and backups secure.
10 About AI (please read)
AI is powerful, but it isn't perfect. So we want to be straight with you:
- AI can make mistakes or produce inaccurate output — always review important work before relying on it.
- You stay in the driver's seat. We set up your assistant so it doesn't send or delete things without you. You're responsible for what you choose to send or action.
- Our service, and anything your assistant produces, is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Get a qualified professional for that.
- AI features rely on third-party providers (such as Anthropic / Claude) and are subject to their terms and availability.
11 Intellectual property
What's ours stays ours. Our brand, website, content, training materials, frameworks and the DRIVER Method™ are owned by SaveFounders (or our licensors). We give you a licence to use our materials for your own business during and after your engagement, but you can't resell, repackage or teach them as your own.
What's yours stays yours. Your business, your data, and the specific assistant we build and hand over to you are yours to keep and use.
12 Confidentiality
We'll treat your business information as confidential and only use it to deliver our service to you. We'd ask the same of you for anything we share that isn't public (like our methods and materials). This doesn't apply to information that's already public, or that we're legally required to disclose.
13 Third-party tools & services
Our service connects you with third-party tools (for example AI providers, email, calendars and automation tools). We don't control those tools, and your use of them is subject to their terms and pricing. We're not responsible for outages, changes or issues caused by third-party providers.
14 Testimonials & feedback
We love sharing client wins — but only with permission. We'll always get your sign-off before using your name, business or words in our marketing. If you give us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them to improve our service without any obligation to you.
15 Disclaimers & limits on our liability
We'll always do our best work for you. But beyond the Two-Days-Back Guarantee, we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (like revenue or growth) — results depend partly on you and your business.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement the claim relates to, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or data). Where permitted, our liability for a service is limited to re-supplying that service or paying to have it re-supplied.
16 Indemnity
You agree to cover us for losses or claims that arise from your misuse of our services or the tools we set up, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of someone else's rights or the law (for example, giving us access you weren't allowed to give).
17 Ending an engagement
You can cancel an ongoing retainer at any time with [30 days'] notice — you keep everything built up to then. We may pause or end an engagement if fees go unpaid, if these Terms are breached, or if the working relationship isn't workable. Fairly-earned fees up to that point remain payable, and your guarantee and consumer rights aren't affected.
18 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Victoria], Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that place. If you're a US client, your service agreement may specify different governing terms for that engagement.
19 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Changes apply to your use of the site and any new engagements from the date they're posted. The latest version always lives on this page.
